Why is my package’s shipping status not updating?
Local/Domestic or Expedited Shipping (United States)

If you have a domestic/local or expedited (United States) shipping address, please contact us at ask@uviyo.com to as why your package’s shipping status is not updating.

International Shipping

Many international packages look like they are stuck in Jamaica, NY. That is the last sorting center for USPS before leaving for another country. International shipping updates are not always updated frequently with USPS. Many times we do not see an update until the package is actually delivered. Please give it at least 5-22 business days for delivery.

Pre-paid Pre-orders Shipping Time

If you placed a pre-paid pre-order, then it can take us 1-2 weeks to get the product in stock and process the order and only after to ship it to you with a local/domestic or expedited shipping. Please, don't send us inquires if 1-2 weeks have not been passed since your pre-order date.

If you ordered Galaxy S7 EDGE Waterproof Atomic 2.0 Case on PRE-PAID PRE-ORDER, then can take us 1-2 weeks to get the cases in stock and process the order and only after to ship it to you with a local/domestic or expedited shipping. Please, don't send us inquires if 1-2 weeks have not been passed since your order date.

How long does it take for shipments to arrive?
Local/Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship everything out first class with USPS and UPS. Local/Domestic (United States) orders shipping take around 4-7 business days to arrive.

Expedited Shipping (United States)

Expedited (United States) orders shipping take around 2-4 business days.

International Shipping

International (Worldwide) orders take around 5-22 business days.

Note: depends on your order time and day the order processing time can be within 12-48 hours.

Will I receive shipping notification and order tracking number?
After every order is processed and fulfilled, we will send out an update with the order tracking number, to make sure you receive updates along the way and can check your order delivery process and time.
-RETURNS-
How do I return my order?

We are happy to accept returns if the product is in it's original packaging.

What you will need to do is read an information on the following page and send the case to the address mentioned there: https://uviyo.com/pages/return-policy

When you send the product back, we will need you to provide us either the tracking number or a copy of the link (send it to us ask@uviyo.com), otherwise we will not know if we received your return or not. Moreover, write on the package the order # and return purpose. USPS should be the cheapest option. Then once the package has arrived safely and inspected we can exchange or refund your full order!

PLEASE NOTE: Returns must be initiated within 30 days upon delivery of the order.
